PA66 M40

◆ Material : PA66 injection grade modified material with 40% mineral filling, high gloss surface, low warpage, and low shrinkage.

◆ Characteristics : Extreme low warpage+high dimensional stability: Mineral filling suppresses anisotropic shrinkage, solves deformation of large/thin-walled parts, suitable for precision molds and multi cavity mass production; Good chemical and oil resistance: Inheriting the oil and fat resistance, weak acid and alkali resistance characteristics of PA66, suitable for automotive and home appliance working conditions; Friendly processing window: Balanced melt flow, no need to significantly adjust the injection molding machine parameters of ordinary PA66; More delicate appearance than fiberglass reinforced version: mineral filled surface without floating fibers, can be directly applied with high gloss/matte coating; Cost performance balance: Compared to GF40 PA66, it has slightly lower impact and rigidity, but significantly better warpage and appearance.

◆ Purpose : Automobile: dashboard frame, door panel trim, headlight base, exterior small parts; Electrical/Electronic: OA equipment casing, connector base, large household appliance casing, switch panel; Industrial machinery: printer/copier components, sensor housings, precision gearbox housings.
